One of the pioneers in solving several critical problems of organic electronics and nano-structures, e.g., organic memories, nanotube structures, and degradation mechanisms of organic light emitting devices. The case for the bi-stability found in organic memory systems, where no self-consistent understanding was obtained prior to the discovery. Also the study on the origin of dark spots in organic light emitting devices which was a crucial issue. Novel analytical method was developed to solve the lateral structure of multiwall carbon nanotubes. Published widely in top journals of the discipline.
